Excellent service couldn't help enough

I would have given a five star but my car was booked in for 9am, I arrived there about 8.45 and when I checked for an update at 2.30pm my vehicle still hadn’t been looked at. At got a call at 4.30 to say my vehicle was ready and coming from Rochdale there would have been no way I would have got to Stockport by 5pm so I had to collect on Saturday morning. Although I had a courtesy vehicle I still found it inconvenient having to go back Saturday morning other than that happy with the service

I do prefer to speak to the service department when booking in.I took my XC60 in at approx 08.45 for its 2nd year service, then I received a call from the service department at 11:39 to say that the vehicle is ready for collection. Excellent service.

Good work. But should have let me know about work that needed doing ie wiper blades, new tyrewill have to bring car back to have them done very inconvenient!
