Given what I had been through in the process of the car purchase , hours of calls chasing Volvo sales , speaking to Volvo customer service , giving me a rubber mat for the boot was a very poor piece of customer service .It wouldn’t surprise me if this was something that all car purchasers were provided with as there were a pile of them in the show room ontop of one of the tablesI don’t feel that there was any appreciation of the amount of time effort and hassle as a result of the lack of clarity and communication between lookers Stockport and central sales and finance .The lack of interest in what I had to do to get the car felt quite disappointing .Chris the manager hasn’t got on the phone since I ground out the issues to apologies .The test drive did not highlight the warning sensor on mirrors was not on my version of the car and it was a selling point for me when I test drove it , for my own car purchase .It is quite a specific feature !It was clear and effective
