I was looked after very well by Victoria in reception.My Volvo was looked after very well by the technician.I am on a service plan which seams good. Working to the old saying that a salesman sells you a car and the service dept sells you its replacement, my next car should be a Volvo.

Booking was confusing as I initially booked it on the web and was then phoned to say that I could not have the slot that had been confirmed by the computer - other than that the service was great. Very easy. I bought the car new and purchased a service plan at the time - I am pleased I did.

I left a £500 deposit to secure a car which makes me nervous but it was promptly returned to me after I had secured another car from a different company
