David Eaton was superb. Very relaxed and helpful. Listened to our needs and was proactive in finding the perfect car, which was not available online as it was a trade-in. Could not fault the Volvo sales experience (from a former BMW owner!)

Very disappointing and inconvenient to have to return with engine fault sign lit up only two days after service. But appreciated speed with which this fault was rectified and the very personal service given and time taken by Mike Turner to explain and demonstrate the problem to us in the workshop.

I needed 2 front tyres urgently as the tread was very low & I would be doing a lot of miles in the upcoming weeks. also my radio had stopped working. They booked the car in for the next day, fixed everything & I was on my way home in under 2 hours. Thank you

Just to say that Matt B was incredibly helpful and took tons of time to go through everything with me from initial discussion to a really useful handover when taking delivery of the car.As for meeting a member of the management team, I don’t think I did but then I didn’t need to either!

reason for the 4 * was that i requested a call back after telling me i needed a tyre change due to a puncture but did not get one i did have collection and delivery which was great hoever the gentleman that returned my car did not know about the slow puncture either as i have a lease vehicle through LEX i will take it to Quick fit
