Excellent service from the start sent personal video of the car from Matt, who’s the most honest salesman ever.Car was delivered in excellent condition and it was as Matt had described in the video.Would highly recommend Lookers and salesman Matt.Also thanks to Alan used sales manager.

I was asked to deliver my car to the garage for 8 am. Given where I live and traffic conditions this takes circa1.25 hours to get to the garage. I then have to catch a train home which only runs once an hour. I called the service department at around 4pm - to be told the car had not yet progressed into the workshop and that there was a chance it may not be processed that day. As it turns out it was processed by 5 pm when I got a call. Clearly this is far too late for me to pick the car up that evening (only one train per hour etc). Consequently, I had to re arrange my diary for the following day to pick up the car.From my perspective - if the car is dropped off in the morning at 8 am - it should be guaranteed that it will be turned around within a reasonable time (given that a service is circa 1hr) - e.g. mid day - unless there is additional work to be done - which I assume you would provide some level of notice. I guess that there had been delays in the workshop - which happens - but if this impacts on the service schedule for customers you perhaps could signal this earlier.
