Booked a waiting appointment that ended being 4 hours for an interim service and MOT. No communication from staff about delays or manpower shortage until I asked for an update. (I remained in the building at all times). Good service outcome but poor communication

Initial enquiry was dealt with by Glasgow call centre who told me someone from local garage (stockport) would be in touch to confirm the arrangements for the appointment booked. This did not happen. I had to call stockport who clearly had no information about the appointment the call centre supposedly booked for me. Luckily, I was transferred to Jon-Paul who was amazing and subsequently made us an appointment with himself and dealt with the sale from start to end. Jon-Paul was excellent, sadly the same can't be said for the call centre. If it were not for Jon-Paul you would have lost this sale. Jon-Paul should be applauded for his excellent customer service skills.
