great servicewas my fault to return -- couldn't remember to do the automatic "hand"brakeBut have now found one of the rear "in boot" small lights floating about -- on refitting it does not work probably why removed but obviously I need a new one !!

The overall time involvement was very disappointing 10/12 weeks but not your fault due to the availability of replacement parts from Sweden.It was also somewhat difficult in contacting your service department by telephone at times.However, all credit to Jakk and Victoria for their co-operation in finally resolving issues.
