Thank you to Eser Akyol, he was very helpful and welcoming every time I visited the dealership. Eser kept in touch and updating me on regular basis on the progress of the order during the 7 months prior to the delivery of the vehicle. Eser answered my questions and explained in detail any queries I had.

My dealings with Lookers Volvo somewhat restored my faith in dealerships. I was treated well at all times and never felt ignored, or just a money pit. My Sales exec, David Eaton made me feel at ease, never put me under any pressure, but was always available and attentive without being ‘smarmy’; a credit to your organisation.

Consider not sticking rigidly to Volvo service intervals and associated costs when mileage on new cars in last 3 - 4 years has possibly been impacted by COVID. Perhaps offer appropriate alternatives?

On picking up the vehicle, it still had water all over the windows so whoever had washed it,had not bothered to clean the windows,it looked as though someone had just sprayed water on it.

The whole experience was very simple and straight forward. I was well informed throughout the morning and was sent a video on completion. The young lad on the service counter was very polite so thanks to him and everyone else.
