This purchase was the second time i have bought a vehicle from lookers Volvo Stockport, on the previous purchase i was dealt with by John Paul Flanery, who was a pleasure to be dealt by during our first purchase. The second purchase was dealt with by Matt Basterfield, a brilliant sales person and a great ambassador for Volvo Stockport, he made us feel so comfortable and was an expert at his knowledge of Volvo vehicles, we purchased a 3 year old XC 40 and we are very happy with its condition, so from us to Matt Basterfield a huge thank you for you expertise.

My car wasn’t washed when I came to collect it.The senior guy on the desk immediately apologised and got the car washed.Anyone can make mistakes. It’s how you handle them.Your reputation was enhanced by this action.

Asking for information on new XC90 full electric. They staff member was very polite And promptly phoned me back but they couldn’t give me any details on the new model. I’ve rated this poor. This is not a reflection on the staff but a reflection of volvo not keeping their staff up to date.

My purchase was over a long distance, very happy with the purchase of our XC 40, also happy with the professional and yet relaxed manor of completion. Thank you all concerned, so would highly recommend Lookers Volvo and especially Jon-Paul.

Craig was extremely helpful in finding information out about the car I wanted, he was also able to match and better a deal. It was only due to location, that we deciding to get a car closer to home. Would highly recommend.

I was sat waiting for my car for one hour. This I didn’t mind as it was my choice but it would of been nice to have been offered a drink. Sometimes just the little things can go along way

The online update system during the service wasn’t accurate. When I made the original booking it allowed me to book a slot that wasn’t actually available so I had to call and rebook. The young man on service reception was courteous and friendly.

I thought Josie and Jack were excellent in the booking and collection experience.
