Recently purchased XC40 MX71YYU from Lookers Stockport .Salesman Keith was very helpful throughout the purchase process.Since purchase I have had a couple of fault codes appear on the vehicle which on first occasion prevented me starting vehicle and required a roadside call out . Volvo On Call extremely helpful and the technician who attended got me sorted and on the road within 10 minutes of his arrival but recommended a dealer visit ASAP to update software which he suspected was the underlying cause.Attended Lookers Stockport 2 days later and software was updated whilst I waited .Unfortunately a further fault then developed within a few days leaving Panoramic roof unusable and further SRS fault code . Return visit to Lookers was arranged through Lee and Jack on Service Reception .This time workshop technician AJ took time to speak with me to understand the fault symptoms and then spent some time tracing fault to a loose connection in the overhead wiring loom . No problems since .Jack also undertook to arrange to supply me with a hard copy owners manual as no documentation had been provided to me at time of vehicle purchase . This arrived in post today.Exemplary customer service by all the Lookers Stockport Team . Plus the coffee and biscuits in a spotless showroom made the waiting around a pleasure . Well done and Thankyou .

Daniel Furnival was too good from the service point of view. It was unfortunate that I couldn't progress because of few personal reasons.

Despite returning with the vehicle 4 times with the same problem, the customer service was brilliant. A new car was given to us until our car was fixed and tested.The car problem was fixed in the end .Excellent customer service 👏
