Matt was very helpful. This was a telephone sale as I saw the vehicle on Auto trader. Matt was quick to get me all the information I wanted and sent a video. Everything happened as planned and on time.Matt is great with his communication and keeping me updated.

I am awaiting some funds but when these arrive I intend to purchase an XC40 recharge ultimate, probably on Volvo Care plan.I have 2 test drives with Lookers and both were organised very efficiently. Daniel was friendly and polite and seemed to be very knowledgeable so I will be happy to contact him when I am in a position to proceed

I would like a shorter appointment time. It is too long from booking a repair or service to having the job done.

I would have given 5 stars for recommendation, but mechanic engine to detail under the bonnet was lacking again (2 missing trim clips). This was mentioned on my last visit and had to be fixed.
