Matt was very helpful, especially with the changeover of our number plate. We were not interested in finance, so that was not applicable to us. Overall we were very satisfied with our purchasing experience.

Absolute fantastic service by Daniel Furnival, arranged a test drive with the minimum of fuss and a very knowledgeable discussion about the cars and their relative merits. Nice approach to sales (wasn't pushy) yet made sure we were looked after - Audi, BMW and Mercedes could learn a lot with regards to customer care. Overall a great sales service.Just when everything was going well..... We went ahead and ordered an XC40 Recharge through my company on a lease deal but after three weeks of no information from Volvo we have been notified that the order has been cancelled (not Lookers fault may I add) but this has spoiled what would have been a perfect sales experience. Therefore we are back in the market with rival brands to secure a new vehicle which is a shame as we were almost converts to the Volvo brand!

Eser was very helpful and patiently answered my questions. In the end I decided the cost to change was too high. I hadn’t realised either the time for a new build so think will wait a while in the hope that things settle down.

I have no complaint regarding my service but just a suggestion.When collecting the vehicle it would possibly help if the customer was reminded that the lights, windscreen wipers etc have been switched off and are not on the automatic settings.

One large issue for me is that since my last service Lookers have reduced the perimeter for collecting customer vehicles. I had to bring my car and sit and wait for the work to be done. There were no spare vehicles available for me to use.Although, the waiting area’s. Are spotlessly clean, airy, and comfortable my health condition isn’t compatible with sitting for long periods! It’s looking that I may have to go elsewhere for my next Motability vehicle but, of course all that will be a mute point if there are no choices of Volvo’s on their scheme!It was nice whilst it lasted!!Your staff were all as helpful as ever for which, I thank them in all sincerity.Andy

Generally great, the team were always helpful. More email updates would be nice to save having to call. The monthly payments should be easier to identify on the finance agreement.
