Excellent service from start to finish

Home pick up and drop off service is a major bonus.

Customer service was very professional and prompt

I can't mark the communication any higher because the information supplied from Volvo with regard to FIVE different delays to the delivery date for the car. Each time there was no apology, just the facts. I raised this as a complaint with Volvo UK who eventually apologised and said they agreed with my comments about their poor communication. I did stress to them this wasn't the dealership's fault, also I understand delays have affected all manufacturers. However, the way it was communicated never included an apology or explanation as to WHY there were so many delays. With best practice communication, a lot of customer happiness could have been avoided.We enjoyed our interaction with Matt Basterfield, he always answered our queries and he has a sense of humour that is sadly lacking in many people in similar positions these days, so please pass on our thanks to Matt for a job well done (finally!!!).

Service reception friendly, knowledgable and efficient. Inspires greater confidence in the service/repairs process.

I am still looking to purchase but awaiting an accident write off payment .
