Everyone in the garage was polite and professional. The environment was suitable for mobile working. The only reason I didn't rate excellent was because I had to chase my keys after I received the status report saying the car was ready. I think the complimentary wash took a long time.

I booked for carrying out a service for my Volvo XC60, and I was told that a courtesy car was not available, no problem, the second time I booked I was told that the courtesy car was available, so when I dropped the car I was very surprised to find out that you had no courtesy car available,, it is an understatement to say that I was very disappointed.

You will notice I have only graded 4 stars at the start of the survey, overall the experience was good. I left my car, whilst waiting for my lift home a colleague from the garage collected my vehicle from the car park. I believe that a cover should have been placed over the drivers seat and a cover to protect the foot well mats. This didn't happen, I did highlight this when I collected my vehicle at the end of the service.

Although the service was good, communication was poor and there were no updates regarding my vehicle check for a long time. I had to call the dealership to enquire after several hours and the person who answered was not very friendly, he said he would call me but never called.Later Mr Jack phoned me to say it was ready and he was very polite and friendly.
