The internal mirror required replacing and though it took a long time to install it was carried out without any charge and am very pleased with the new mirror which from memory was a better modal than the old oneThe staff were very helpful much appreciated.

One thing we feel that your salesman who sold the car to us was very pleasant but was not knowledgeable about the car. Though we took the car during lockdown we did not have a proper handover, we did come to the garage couple of times no body seemed to have a time to explain the car to us.This is not a criticism of our recent experience but the over all buying process was not a pleasant experience. We understand that everything is computerised but one thing one has to give consideration to the elderly people who are not up-to date with technology.We are supposed to unravel the technology ourselves.Dr K S Bijral

Dave Eaton was very helpful and appreciated his time to promote the XC40….unfortunately Lookers didn’t have a car to the spec I was looking for but if they had I am confident I would have purchased through Dave’s assistance…..I have acquired a suitable unfortunately through another Volvo dealership.

Initially I had excellent communication from my salesperson, regular updates, but he left as did the General Manager. After that I got little or poor communication from my new salesperson and had to contact the new General Manager who got things moving. 2 days before collection I was allocated yet another salesperson, Daniel Furnival, who did an excellent job in barely 48 hours. He rang, me, emailed me and stayed late on a snowy Friday night to pull everythingtogether and talk me through the Volvo App and car functions. Wish I'd had him from the start and then it would have been 5 stars throughout. Love the car, by the way!
