Awaiting decision from warranty manager regarding corrosion to wheel centres, promised 10/1 but not been called yet. Advised that front tyres down to 3.5mm, I did not want them changing just yet but suggest fronts and backs were swapped over, but not done. Rest of service good and car returned nice and clean, courtesy car most welcome and nice to get same type of car to mine.

Didn’t meet him on collecting the car as he had Covid.David did handover, was a bit rushed but he squeezed me in last minute.Not an issue as was told to come back once I’ve got used to the car.Finance and paperwork side was fine too. Overall satisfied customer, but kids need some Volvo teddies when we come back 😊

Despite a problem with booking via the Volvo app, you fitted my car in for its 2 year service warned me they might be a delay, but still managed to do the service in a reasonable time
