The standard of care and professionalism I received was exceptional, especially as the showroom was so busy. Though I didn't make a purchase when I visited I intend to in the future. The two staff members who assisted me were Craig Jamieson and Michelle Keiiy.

We arrived without appointment but Michelle Kelly kindly looked after us - we found the car we wanted and arranged a test drive for the following day. Michelle was amazing from start to finish and if it wasn’t for her I think we would have gone elsewhere - we had already been told by another sales person that they couldn’t accommodate us on the first day. Thank you Michelle and thank you Lookers we are more than happy with our purchase and your service.

We had been looking to purchasing a Volvo XC40 Hybrid for some time. We first visited a Volvo dealer in Chester. We then went to Volvo Stockport and had excellent service from start to finish. We are now the owners of our first Volvo car and are already enjoying the experience.

Firstly the service reception staff were excellent, especially Debbie who makes sure the customers are always given a very high standard of customer service by explaining the information on the service and keeping me up to date with my vehicle. The show room is fantastic, the design and aesthetic helps with giving you a feeling of calmness as well as having a high end Scandi feel to it. Normally I don't like the experience of dropping off and collecting cars, along with having to wait around etc, but Volvo Stockport has made the experience very easy for me. 10/10 from me
