The service was very good all be it under the Pandemic conditions so a little less personal than normal for sure. The video of the car was very good and the car was cleaned externally. The sound on the video was a little muffled for me personally though could have just been a one off. Overall the service received was very good. Thank You.

Your whole approach to looking after Volvo car owners is quite exceptional and I should know having bought many cars of all sizes and makes over the past 60 years. The only brand that came near to your standard was Saab but they are no longer a manufacturer. I was made very welcome on arrival and as no loan car was available during the pandemic I chose to stay in your reception area and plied with coffee. The service was first class and I expressed some interest in changing my V40 for a slightly larger model and shown the wide range of 2nd Hand models and over the coming months will call in and discuss what I may change to.
