Excellent friendly professional service from Eser. Visitor parking a major problem though

My recent two visits to Lookers Volvo Stockport were an EXCELLENT Experience, nothing was too much trouble, everything was explained in full detail and not once did I feel under any pressure. Both my visits were extremely enjoyable.

Very difficult parking location because of the volume of stock. Customer car park is sign posted but is nigh on impossible to get to. On street parking is very limited in Stockport.

Andy Brown was amazing. Very helpful and friendly. Was very professional and knowledgeable. Overall a credit to your company.

Initially rang on a Saturday afternoon and was told that sales were busy but I would get a call back, obviously no one rang me back, so I tried to ring 3 times on Sunday on the 3rd attempt someone answered but told me that sales were now closed, a salesman called Andy rang me on the Monday he was very good, he dealt promptly with my inquiry, sent me a personalised video, unfortunately my wife had changed her mind by then so we couldn’t do a deal
