Easy to use and understand. Ability to check in on line, transparent information with regard to cost. Although I did have to ring a couple of times to obtain an answer about updating the sat nav system my call was returned and the update was carried out free of charge. The young man on reception appeared to be the only member of staff but he was very pleasant and worked through a long list of customers !

New features were explained and well demonstrated. Setup of technology and iPhone was all performed to my satisfaction

Eser was extremely patient and helpful going through the handover at a pace I felt comfortable with. Lots of information to take on board but never felt awkward asking questions or that Eser couldn’t spend whatever time necessary to ensure I was completely at ease and comfortable with my new car before driving it away.
