Although we didn't progress to a sale, Eser was extremely helpful and informative.

Service team were fine but some of the issues addressed in the service should not need me to wait for an annual service, we had multiple issues that seemed to be related to the central console so had to wait for the service to update it - lost parking assistance/indicator/satnav volume, radio volume, our settings on radio, heating would not work if in electric mode

Eser the Sales Consultant was absolutely fantastic. He was patient, thorough, constantly helping with queries and a very warm and friendly manner.

the sales man I dealt with was honest get me easy to understand advice. being dyslexic and impulsive I could of made the wrong move in buying as I would of lost a lot on my px and Mercedes did me dirty.

Good customer service, but I had lights flashing on tyre pressure 5 mins after I left, in the same tyres that they have replaced. Very helpful with arranging last-minute courtesy car. Expensive

I originally dealt with Jon Paul. He was on holiday when I had arranged to pick the car up so I dealt with Eser. Jon Paul did not appear to have 1. arranged to have the tow bar removed ( which we agreed he would do when I agreed to buy it) 2. inspected the car when it came up from Colchester as it had a large scratch on the plastic wheel trim. Eser did arrange to get this repaired for me and also the tow bar removed. the work was done satisfactorily but it meant I had to go back to Lookers the following day to pick it up 3. noticed the log book was missing. When I returned the following day to collect the car after the repair work I couldn’t take delivery as the log book wasn’t there (as explained above it couldn’t be done online as car was registered to a disabled driver). I had to return a week later when the problem with the log book was resolved. Overall I had 3 journeys to the dealership and spent 5.5 hours in the dealership trying to resolve these issues and get the car handed over to me. This would not have happened if Jon Paul had done his job properly and not left one of his colleagues the problem of sorting everything out. Eser was very nice and knowledgeable of the car and answered all my queries. If the rating was on this alone I would have given 5* Unfortunately I wasn’t able to take delivery on the date arranged as it transpired the vehicle log book had not been delivered with the car when it came up from Colchester. It could not be transferred online as the previous owner was disabled so the original log book was required.I was provided with a loan car and had to wait a week to then take delivery. I have therefore reduced the rating to 4*
