The sales people were enthusiastic and knowledgable. Eser had arranged for the car to be inside meaning we got a good look around in the warm and dry. It was a very smooth process and the team worked well together, sharing information and helping us get the best experience.

I don't think you can book a courtesy car online, so needed to call for that, but the check-in was fine. I was happy with the service, information provided and being able to wait and do some work and have a cuppa. I would have given 5 stars, but the wait ended up being rather longer than advised.

Booked online, selected a specific date and received confirmation email. Following day, received phone call to say that time wasn't available so needed to select another time over 2 weeks later. Great service completed on same day, despite me requesting additional work at check-in. Friendly and efficient staff.

Online check in seemed fine but the invoice produced was difficult to understand and one item appeared duplicated. I knew this was a recall job so no problem arose. Good communication concerning progress. Car only in for recall o ring replacement so no service needed.

Eser the Salesman was very good at the point of handover, however the constant delays by Volvo with 3 dates given before actually receiving the car was poor. Especially when the car was ready and just sat over in Hull for this time. Eser did chase but clearly the logistics aren't well organised.
