It was easy to check the car in for its appointment online and to receive confirmation Lookers Volvo were able to connect the car to the Volvo app which hadn’t been possible when dealing with Volvo via phone call. They also repaired the rear windscreen wiper which I notified them about on the day. They have also offered to hand deliver an order for touchup paints to save me coming back in. All in all they were very helpful and professional

Seen promptly by very nice sales guy. Offered a test drive with minimal delay. All the options explained but no undue sales pressure. Found parking easily.
