It was easy to check the car in for its appointment online and to receive confirmation Lookers Volvo were able to connect the car to the Volvo app which hadn’t been possible when dealing with Volvo via phone call. They also repaired the rear windscreen wiper which I notified them about on the day. They have also offered to hand deliver an order for touchup paints to save me coming back in. All in all they were very helpful and professional

Very helpful with what to me was a serious problem, they managed to get the Volvo factory to financially help with cost of repairs. Coffee's not bad either.
