Excellent service couldn't help enough

I would have given a five star but my car was booked in for 9am, I arrived there about 8.45 and when I checked for an update at 2.30pm my vehicle still hadn’t been looked at. At got a call at 4.30 to say my vehicle was ready and coming from Rochdale there would have been no way I would have got to Stockport by 5pm so I had to collect on Saturday morning. Although I had a courtesy vehicle I still found it inconvenient having to go back Saturday morning other than that happy with the service

I do prefer to speak to the service department when booking in. I took my XC60 in at approx 08.45 for its 2nd year service, then I received a call from the service department at 11:39 to say that the vehicle is ready for collection. Excellent service.

Clear and easy to understand Great service, a friendly reminder of the appointment the day before, and great communication throughout, with an easy-to-understand website showing the work that was suggested for the car

Good work. But should have let me know about work that needed doing ie wiper blades, new tyre will have to bring car back to have them done very inconvenient!

Dave made time for us on a busy Saturday morning. We were able to have an open & honest conversation with him without any 'sales pressure'. He gave us some very useful sound advice that, ultimately, enabled me to choose the right Volvo for me... unfortunately for Dave not from Lookers Stockport but I will be visiting for servicing in the future.
