The only issue is that i was booked in for 8.30 but the car didn't go in until 10am. I had also advised at booking that i would be waiting but there was no note of that when i arrived

Why are we put through to Scotland automatically when I want to talk to somebody in Stockport? Friendly reception, use of new loan car, much better experience this year. Sparkling car after service cleaning.
