All as expected, staff lovely as usual and nothing too much trouble. Very easy process to book service online, followed by a confirmation phone call from Spencer at the dealership. On the day dropping the car off was quick and easy and collection the same with a very personal touch of a few moments chat when handing my car back over. The dealership has a lovely chilled vibe, and is clean bright and airy and the whole process was stress free, the work was carried out and the car returned in showroom condition having been cleaned inside and out. The only thing I would say is that the charge for a courtesy car whilst mine is in for the work, this charge still applies if I was to use my own insurance. Considering the investment in the purchase price and the cost of the service this charge should be absorbed by the dealer, most other brands provide a car if ones available. It's certainly now a consideration when looking round for my next car.
