Given what I had been through in the process of the car purchase , hours of calls chasing Volvo sales , speaking to Volvo customer service , giving me a rubber mat for the boot was a very poor piece of customer service . It wouldn’t surprise me if this was something that all car purchasers were provided with as there were a pile of them in the show room ontop of one of the tables I don’t feel that there was any appreciation of the amount of time effort and hassle as a result of the lack of clarity and communication between lookers Stockport and central sales and finance . The lack of interest in what I had to do to get the car felt quite disappointing . Chris the manager hasn’t got on the phone since I ground out the issues to apologies . The test drive did not highlight the warning sensor on mirrors was not on my version of the car and it was a selling point for me when I test drove it , for my own car purchase . It is quite a specific feature ! It was clear and effective

I got the assistance from David Eaton and even though i had not seen the car physically his video was clear enough to show me what the car looked like. He explained to me every stage of getting my car to me.

Car booked in for 11.30 but wasn't seen until around 13.15.

All very good first service and look forward to being able to charge my XC40 when your charger comes into action.

Easy online check-in the day before. Friendly and polite staff when dropping off vehicle. Got a text message so I could follow the progress during the day. Advised of additional work to be carried out but given a very good explanation. Overall very friendly and professional service
