From the commencement of Judy going to look for a new car to replace my 4th new Landrover. They had kept me in suspense for a year on a target date to change and said another 6 months. I got fed up of waiting on positive news. This pushed me towards altrenatives and I am very satisfied do far

I was looked after very well by Victoria in reception.My Volvo was looked after very well by the technician. I am on a service plan which seams good. Working to the old saying that a salesman sells you a car and the service dept sells you its replacement, my next car should be a Volvo.

Thanks for clearing the car. Great service. Booking was confusing as I initially booked it on the web and was then phoned to say that I could not have the slot that had been confirmed by the computer - other than that the service was great. Very easy. I bought the car new and purchased a service plan at the time - I am pleased I did.
