First class staff and service

reason for the 4 * was that i requested a call back after telling me i needed a tyre change due to a puncture but did not get one i did have collection and delivery which was great hoever the gentleman that returned my car did not know about the slow puncture either as i have a lease vehicle through LEX i will take it to Quick fit

Highly recommend Eser, he was very knowledgeable, polite and friendly. Didn't come across like he wanted to sell a car, genuinely cared about us getting the right vehicle for us which he did. Went car shopping that day without planning on buying a Volvo but due to his expertise we bought a Volvo and are very pleased with the whole experience.

From my initial enquiry which was 6pm via the online request I was contacted within minutes by a lovely young lady who was very helpful. Eser contacted me the next morning we had a chat about what I was looking for as the vehicle I had enquired about had been sold. Eser then sent a video message to me also with a follow up call. Very professional informative and helpful. 10/10

The first time i have booked this appointment, i have asked for a curtesy car for the day. upon my arrival, i discovered that there was no curtesy car booked, even though the confirmation email states clearly that one should be booked. I had to reschedule the appointment. the second time they got it right
