The first time i have booked this appointment, i have asked for a curtesy car for the day. upon my arrival, i discovered that there was no curtesy car booked, even though the confirmation email states clearly that one should be booked. I had to reschedule the appointment. the second time they got it right

As part of service plan it says car is cleaned. I asked if this had been done and was told yes. When I checked it hadn’t. I have taken pictures and sent them to customer service on Saturday 14th January. No response received so far

On arriving I requested that the fuel empty information system be looked at explaining it drops from 40 to 20 to 0 miles over a shorter distance often only 10 miles which is dangerous in rural areas/moors. Theses notes were added to the car service in front of me. The girl was polite and communicated time expectations etc very well. There was communication on the service work done when I left but not on whether this petrol gauge issue had been looked into. 2days later I got home and parked with 20 miles distance before refuelling showing. Got in the next morning and it was no longer 20 but 0! This meant I had to drive in the opposite direction to the closest but a very expensive garage. This clearly hadn’t been looked at or explained whether there was a fault or not. This degree of uncertainty and lack of precision over fuel left is not what I’d expect from a brand that prides itself on safety. The overlooking of this concern by the garage is equally disappointing.

My car was booked in on the day at 11am, from that point on I did not receive anything suggesting my car was with you at the dealership, and I rang twice to get a progress report and my last call told me my car was ready to pick up. No contact from yourselfs I thought was rather poor.
