At lookers Volvo Stockport I was welcomed by Matt who looked after us throughout. He pulled out all the stops to get the car ready for us when we needed it. Can’t recommend any more highly

I requested a valet & was told that the car will be hoovered & washed but this didn’t happen. So I was disappointed when I collected my car

great service was my fault to return -- couldn't remember to do the automatic "hand"brake But have now found one of the rear "in boot" small lights floating about -- on refitting it does not work probably why removed but obviously I need a new one !!

The overall time involvement was very disappointing 10/12 weeks but not your fault due to the availability of replacement parts from Sweden. It was also somewhat difficult in contacting your service department by telephone at times. However, all credit to Jakk and Victoria for their co-operation in finally resolving issues.
