My experience was extremely positive. Craig was very professional and knowledgeable about the XC60 and was only too happy to provide answers to any questions I had and forwarded me all of the information that I requested and further information regarding the products discussed. Unfortunately I decided not to go ahead with purchasing a vehicle at this time but if I decide to buy a Volvo in the future I would have no hesitation in calling Volvo Stockport
