The service overall was really first rate, both at Reception (Victoria) and from workshop (Lee).

I was asked to deliver my car to the garage for 8 am. Given where I live and traffic conditions this takes circa1.25 hours to get to the garage. I then have to catch a train home which only runs once an hour. I called the service department at around 4pm - to be told the car had not yet progressed into the workshop and that there was a chance it may not be processed that day. As it turns out it was processed by 5 pm when I got a call. Clearly this is far too late for me to pick the car up that evening (only one train per hour etc). Consequently, I had to re arrange my diary for the following day to pick up the car. From my perspective - if the car is dropped off in the morning at 8 am - it should be guaranteed that it will be turned around within a reasonable time (given that a service is circa 1hr) - e.g. mid day - unless there is additional work to be done - which I assume you would provide some level of notice. I guess that there had been delays in the workshop - which happens - but if this impacts on the service schedule for customers you perhaps could signal this earlier.

Booked a waiting appointment that ended being 4 hours for an interim service and MOT. No communication from staff about delays or manpower shortage until I asked for an update. (I remained in the building at all times). Good service outcome but poor communication
