Consider not sticking rigidly to Volvo service intervals and associated costs when mileage on new cars in last 3 - 4 years has possibly been impacted by COVID. Perhaps offer appropriate alternatives?

Really appreciated the support of Nick (who i know has now left) and Eser and Renata - a great team. We hope the service team are as good.

On picking up the vehicle, it still had water all over the windows so whoever had washed it,had not bothered to clean the windows,it looked as though someone had just sprayed water on it.

The whole experience was very simple and straight forward. I was well informed throughout the morning and was sent a video on completion. The young lad on the service counter was very polite so thanks to him and everyone else.

My car wasn’t washed when I came to collect it. The senior guy on the desk immediately apologised and got the car washed. Anyone can make mistakes. It’s how you handle them. Your reputation was enhanced by this action.
