The online booking service is rubbish - see previous comment!!! Pleased with the MOT service on my car, but the online booking service is rubbish. After giving all the information required when you try to add a booking date the programme will not accept it and just stops working, this has happened on the last two occasions I had tried to book online.

the online booking was not showing any availability to book MOT to wait on site, was either drop off or to collect from. When I called there was availability to book MOT to wait on site. Top service, very professional and trustful.

Booked into Volkswagen Guildford originally, not Guildford Skoda. Lookers had to change my appointment last minute. Excellent and friendly customer service.

Online booking system seems OK although I did call to book MOT and service. Was surprising that although booked in online the process took rather a long time Excellent service with video and description of issues. One engineer also actually tooknyhe trouble to talk us through the assisted breaking system which exceedingly helpful. Only negative comment would be that checking in was rather slow which surprising considering the new online check-in but Monday mornings clearly always busy.
