cust purchased vehicle in 2025 and purchased the minor damage also, the vehicle has had a repair which they have now damaged the wheel, they thought aa reputable company wouldd carry out the repairs but it seem not. The cust all so bought a service plan which they feel has been miss sold as when they took the car in for service ending up paying £200 and odd pounds when the customer questioned this they were told it was for brake fluid and other things. If the brake fluid wasnt carried out it wold affect the guarantee. Brake fluid carried out and when drove away the brakes didnt work, the glove compartment want working, they would replace this and when it went in for the brakes they would fit it FOC. The wrong box was ordered. Tuesday the brakes were fitted. Will have to go back annd the cust is noot happy as they do live a distance from the dealerhsip and tey thought the box would be there the following day no communication since. would have washed it but the sprinkler is broken.

I have completed your survey form negatively and requested contact - nothing.I have completed a TrustPilot survey negatively - auto reply advising I raise a complaint, which I did, see Ticket 86875030 on 15th March - still not heard anything.Now I'm completing this again!

I haven't spoken to anyone yet after multiple returned calls and emaisk

Frankly I do not even know where to start.I feel that I have been let down and treated rather badly by the Skoda's customer services and aghast at the nonchalant manner that I have been treated even when Lookers knew that I had a broken leg and only one car available for the family.For four occasion, I had to drop off the car at Lookers Guildford and leave it there for at least 2 days at a time with the same issue regarding the rear window not demisting. However on 3 occasions, I had to retrieve the car after 2 or 3 days because I urgently needed to drive to the hospital. Despite the time at the garage, there was no positive remedial outcome, and on one occasion, I was even accused of having damaged the lines on the newly installed rear window glass, which still did not demist, only to find out that it was actually a manufacturing design. This was very distressing. No courtesy car was offered even when I asked - I had to walk (with a broken leg and crutches) for at least an hour from my home to Guildford Station at 05:00am in order to get the train to London for work - someone asked why I didn't get a taxi - @£25 or more every morning?On one occasion, the car was returned with all the removed rear window glass left in the boot of the car, and they engineers did not even notices.And now the front right headlamp gets substantial condensation after the rain. I know this is not a good sign as this will eventually cause the light to fail, and cost quite a lot of money. I am not happy with this car at all as there seems to be one problem after another even though I thought that the car was relatively new with only 238miles when I bought it in September 2025, 8 months ago.I look forward to your response.Thanks, Rennee

Booked a test drive for car on your website - 3 hours later the price increased by £3000 - no one could explain.Promised a call back which never happened, I subsequently went to JCB and purchased the same car and also purchased another one for my wife…

There was no customer parkingI walked in and on my first walk around I was stared at but not spoken tooI walked around outside then came back for another go and eventually got acknowledgedThe Gentleman politely advised me that you didn’t have an Octavia vRS estate to test drive and he told me that he could only see two that were available for me to test drive one in Newcastle and another in the North of England- obviously not practical- I was then told I could pay £250 to have the car transported - not even refundable if I bought it - all in all a very unsatisfactory experience. I will go elsewhere and they will get my money

Attitude and behaviour of staff was appalling. Accused of doing stuff to my car and then because mobility wouldn’t pay as it came under warranty dean tried to make us pay as they won’t gain any money going via warranty. Once all sorted we collected car and it was covered it tape and residue from the tape. When I had to bring car back to say to them about it Shaun accused me of putting tape on the car as they had no reason to as the fault was inside the car. After me asking him if he would like to see cctv of my car leaving my home with no tape he then magically remembered that they did put tape on the car because apparently the windows went down by it’s self and it was raining. The whole experience was awful and stressful and I feel they tried taking advantage of me thinking I’m vulnerable as I’m disabled and it’s part of mobility scheme. I will never return to them.

I have sent 2 emails in response to an email from them to organise a test drive. The emails both said that I couldn’t take calls during the work week as I’m not able to answer my phone. Both emails were ignored and I have still had several calls.
