Easy to use and clear information All staff were very friendly and helpful. They kept good communication with me and informed me of what was happening. This is the first time I have been to Lookers Skoda Guildford as I normally go to Chichester but have moved. My car was not cleaned this time at Lookers Guildford unlike in Chichester where they normally clean my car however staff were apologetic it was not completed.

The sales person was helpful and thoughtful. He had good knowledge in respect of the car model and gave me space to think and ask questions.

I was kept informed via my mobile phone. Car was almost ready when I returned to collect. The car was not washed after the service but I was advised only one wash bay was in operation. Service was good.

Ready on time, friendly service

The handover of the vehicle was good apart from one thing. The retractable cover in the boot was missing. The salesman said he will sort it out for me. But as if now I've not heard anything regarding the missing item.
