It was a straight forward process to use online services Overall everything was fine, but little long wait for a check in even that I was booked for a pre arranged time. Also the car was not washed nor vacuumed, which is a standard in other dealerships and even that based on the service plan inclusion it is part of the service.

It was very easy and saved time. The communication with Max in your service reception was excellent. He kept me updated during the service and provided photos of any issues. The engineer who did the health check video was very good and gave a thorough report on the condition of the vehicle. There was one issue on collection with the sump guard not being completely cleaned and later we found the clock had not been reset.

The vehicle was not sanitised adequately e.g hoovered or wiped if at all. The chap in your service department was fabulous and dealt with it immediately when advised. He was fantastic.
