It's straight forward and it works. But nothing beats a human on the phone.Everything ran smoothly, I was satisfied. One criticism - I did say there was no rush to get the vehicle done by any particular time, I was happy to pick it up the next day if necessary, just let me know either way.The job was finished the next morning and that's when I collected it, no problem - however, there was no communication on the first day to say it wouldn't be completed so I was clinging to the online tracker information, where the car was frozen mid process, not knowing whether my vehicle was near completion or not - limbo.

All very efficient and the delivery driver was very pleasant to deal with.
