Noah Carlton was an excellent salesman. He went through all the possible options of cars that would meet my needs and let me self test drive each one of them. He showed me all the cars available and talked to me about purchase options. He was helpful and friendly. He suggested a Karoq which I hadn't thought of previously and it turned out to be just the right car for me. Unfortunately, the Guildford branch didn't have a suitable trim level and colour in stock for me at the time so I ended up buying it from another dealership but it was really Noah that won the sale. Always friendly at Guildford Skoda. I waited for my car whilst it was MOT’d and it was quickly returned.

After the test I figured out few small issues and informed about them, due to we need the car earlier maybe all was not ready.

The booking service was fine but having been reminded by email earlier that my MOT was due I didn’t see that requirement flagged and therefore had to come back the following day to get it Everything was done as promised.

I work all week and previously you did a car collection from and to home so I did not have to spend 2 or 3 hours at the centre, its only a short drive but too far to walk and I can make more use of my time.

Car had an issue which was critical given the current weather situation, managed to get the car in and looked at the following day. Lookers managed to diagnose and repair within 2 days

easy to use for a pensioner, also had contact from a member of staff offering me a extra service which l accepted Jacob was very welcoming and took care of me

I got a appointment quite quickly and the service was done for the time they give expected.
