When making the appointment online, I was only able to leave a very short, 100-character message, which was not sufficient to explain the problem. Nonethless, it got sorted in the end but I might consider another option next time where communication is easier.

Ifti and the team got us a good deal for our new car which we’re very pleased with.There were some delays getting it and some problems with Skoda Finance but Ifti and Paul worked hard to resolve these and kept us in the picture

Pre-booked the courtesy car - it wasn’t there. That’s the second time that’s happened to me. Last time they ended up lending me a VW can instead!Did a great job. Would have been 5 stars if the pre-booked courtesy car had actually been there. I had to wait for the service to be done which took over 2 hours and ended up having to take a half-day annual leave from work instead of being on a 09:30 train! Slightly frustrating, but can’t fault the politeness of the front of house team and the beautiful job on the wash!!

It was "only brake fluid change" but the service received was fineI would add that while I was there one of your junior representatives (someone with the surname Tickner?) was having interaction with a really nasty customer who was refusing to pay the bill. Your guy was so cool and collected throughout.. I doubt any recognition will get back to him but "top marks" to Mr Tickner at Lookers Peasmarsh
