My contact, Oli, friendly, courteous and very professional. Had it not been for the low trade in value for my vehicle, I would have purchased your vehicle in a heartbeat.

System worked OK.Good communications and standard of work. Was offered a valuation when booking but didn’t hear anything further when dropping off or picking up the car.

When making the appointment online, I was only able to leave a very short, 100-character message, which was not sufficient to explain the problem. Nonethless, it got sorted in the end but I might consider another option next time where communication is easier.

Ifti and the team got us a good deal for our new car which we’re very pleased with. There were some delays getting it and some problems with Skoda Finance but Ifti and Paul worked hard to resolve these and kept us in the picture
