Service took 3 hours when i was told it would be 1.5 hours.Also the booking systems is buggy as hell and so temperamental, please fix it.

One star down as it seems to get a bit confused telling me times for dropping off the car when I have selected home pickup for the service. But I know this is the way it works now! I suspect it could be corrected but really a minor point. The confirmation emails etc are fineWhat's not to like?The friendly Lookers person pitches up at my house to collect my Skoda in the morning. We exchange pleasantries. During the day I receive regular updates by phone, text and calls with advice about what's being done - regular service & MOT this time around. I get a bit of advice about wheel alignment, no pressure when I say I'll take care of that with the local tyre shop.The day passes without event and Skoda returns looking a lot cleaner than when it left this morning - inside and out! Finally the bill is £0.00 as it's covered by the service plan - result.
