Jason (sales) was great with answering all my questions at the initial enquiry through to having the car ready for test drive. The only reason i didn’t purchase from Guildford Skoda was that I found a very similar car for a significantly cheaper price further north and went with that option.

I have already completed a survey form expressing my dissatisfaction & requesting a call, still not heard anything. Completed a Trustpilot review which says to send in complaint, so here it is. I'm still awaiting contact from someone senior to discuss.

I purchased a used Skoda Enyaq LF73SXH on 12th/13th February from the Guildford Branch and the salesman, Jacob Tickner, pointed out to me 3 small bodywork areas that needed repair and he promised me that he would arrange for these repairs to be carried out.It has now been 4 weeks since I purchased the car and despite several calls to the sales department of the dealership, with promises given that I would receive a call back, I have heard nothing.I think this is very poor after sales management and want to register this as a complaint.

cust looking to purchase a vehicle but the trade in price is 7,000 less than any where else. The dealership said there is nothing they can do to help with the trade in price. The cust uses Lookers all the time and is not happy Nathan Tubb

Dear Service Manager and Customer Service Team,I am writing to formally complain regarding the cancellation of my MOT appointment scheduled for 12th March 2026 at Skoda Guildford.My vehicle is covered by a Skoda Service Plan (Agreement No: 441068815772) which specifically includes two MOTs. I was contacted by the dealership on 10th March to cancel my appointment because of a broken ramp.While I understand equipment failure is beyond your immediate control, I was informed of this cancellation less than 24 hours before my MOT was due to expire on 11th March. Despite the urgency, no alternative arrangements—such as sub-contracting the MOT to a nearby station or providing a courtesy car—were offered to ensure my vehicle remained road-legal when I spoke on the phone. the employee was quite rude when I asked if this would happen.As I am legally required to have a valid MOT to drive, I was forced to book an emergency appointment with an independent garage at a cost of £54.85Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, services must be provided with reasonable care and skill and within a reasonable time. By failing to honour the booking and leaving me with no legal way to drive my vehicle, the service provided has fallen short of these standards.At the very least, I am requesting a full reimbursement of the £54.85 I paid to the KwikFit Guildford garage, as this was a service I have already paid for via my Skoda Service Plan.I have attached a copy of the receipt from for your records. I look forward to receiving confirmation of this refund within 14 days.Yours sincerely,Jonny Lowe

cust looked on line 3 week ago for a car online, sales man arranged an appointment, located another car which was more suitable. Would have to come from Stockport. Pay £250 deposit took out another car but not the same vehicle. State of the car was disgusting decided against it as it didnt have enough power. Arrange the deposit to be returned. Have emailed on a few occasions, and very laxity daisy about returning calls. yesterday sales person was going to the accounts department to get it sorted. no phone call back again the cuts had to chase
