All very efficient and the delivery driver was very pleasant to deal with.

It is good to speak and confirm detail with a service advisorgood overall service

Ifti was really approachable and helpful and on more than one occasion went above and beyond to accommodate us. This made our experience with Skoda Guildford a very position one and ultimately swayed us to buying our new vehicle from them. We are extremely happy with our final choice which, thanks to Ifti, we were able to make with confidence.

Ifti was brilliant.Sourced the car I was hoping for and stayed late so I could collect it after work

Efficient way of bookingEfficient , kept to time and helpful

Very easy and clearBen was great at answering all questionsMade sure I was looked after and explained the work and costs to me clearly. He provided excellent customer service.Thank you

The two people I saw were both very good, helpful and understanding…ifti and a new young lad.I changed my mind because the amount I was offered for my existing vehicle was very very low…..and I will use it for at least another 12 months before I down size

I would give Kieren 5 stars for busting a gut when things went wrong with the processes. He was knowledgeable, patient and kept a sense of humour with my increasing levelsOf concern with everything that went wrong with this transaction particularly post-handover.

Excellent service from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble.

Super helpful with last minute referral from Skoda Assist
