The handover of the vehicle was good apart from one thing. The retractable cover in the boot was missing. The salesman said he will sort it out for me. But as if now I've not heard anything regarding the missing item.

The Guildford branch of Lookers was great - Noah was very helpful, particularly when he discovered that the exact spec of car I was looking for was at one of the other branches. I have given four stars though, as the car came from the other branch without a V5c and perhaps this should have been checked beforehand to made the handover easier.
