Online booking system seems OK although I did call to book MOT and service. Was surprising that although booked in online the process took rather a long timeExcellent service with video and description of issues. One engineer also actually tooknyhe trouble to talk us through the assisted breaking system which exceedingly helpful. Only negative comment would be that checking in was rather slow which surprising considering the new online check-in but Monday mornings clearly always busy.

Easy to use and clear informationAll staff were very friendly and helpful. They kept good communication with me and informed me of what was happening. This is the first time I have been to Lookers Skoda Guildford as I normally go to Chichester but have moved. My car was not cleaned this time at Lookers Guildford unlike in Chichester where they normally clean my car however staff were apologetic it was not completed.
