Dealing with Daniel and Bentley was an absolute dream, they were extremely helpful and apologetic for the trouble I was having, even when things were out of their control.I found the management team extremely difficult and poor to deal with.I understand both sales executives I was dealing with have since now left the business, was extremely difficult to ever get any one on the phone due to being short staffed.

With my existing car due to be changed in early June, my wife and I visited a number of garages to view our shortlist of potential replacement vehicles and to undertake test drives. Although we have decided to not to proceed with the purchase of a Skoda Karoq, the experience of dealing with Noah was extremely positive. Noah was courteous, professional and most helpful throughout.

Efficient service, only 4 stars as mechanic forgot to replace locking wheel nut key in the car, but they delivered it to my home the following day

It was a straight forward process to use online servicesOverall everything was fine, but little long wait for a check in even that I was booked for a pre arranged time. Also the car was not washed nor vacuumed, which is a standard in other dealerships and even that based on the service plan inclusion it is part of the service.

It was very easy and saved time.The communication with Max in your service reception was excellent. He kept me updated during the service and provided photos of any issues.The engineer who did the health check video was very good and gave a thorough report on the condition of the vehicle.There was one issue on collection with the sump guard not being completely cleaned and later we found the clock had not been reset.

The vehicle was not sanitised adequately e.g hoovered or wiped if at all.The chap in your service department was fabulous and dealt with it immediately when advised.He was fantastic.
