I would comment that the Lookers Skoda team at Guildford (Peasmarsh) were outstanding in every way. I dealt primarily with Max, but the initial reception and back up were equally friendly and efficient. It was a pleasure to deal with them.

This repair was the subject of a Skoda call out back in October which none of the dealership was prepared to attend to until your acceptance on the 13th December, which was excellent attention to the issue on this occasion.
