Dealing with Daniel and Bentley was an absolute dream, they were extremely helpful and apologetic for the trouble I was having, even when things were out of their control.I found the management team extremely difficult and poor to deal with.I understand both sales executives I was dealing with have since now left the business, was extremely difficult to ever get any one on the phone due to being short staffed.

With my existing car due to be changed in early June, my wife and I visited a number of garages to view our shortlist of potential replacement vehicles and to undertake test drives. Although we have decided to not to proceed with the purchase of a Skoda Karoq, the experience of dealing with Noah was extremely positive.
