Many thanks for fixing my Skoda enyaq under warranty. You had a hire car to me in half an hour of the mobile guy being unable to fix my car so I was not off the road. The car was collected within 2 hours and diagnosed and parts ordered. Fixed within 4 days so I can not thank you enough. Excellent service.

Easy to use and problem free.The reception staff were excellent and the work was carried out satisfactorily as far as I can tell. The only small quibble that I have was that I had to get my car to Skoda Guildford by 9.00am which I did with a bit of time to spare despite having to drive from Camberley to Guildford in the morning rush hour. I had to wait for a while for my wife to turn up in her car to take me home but was then surprised as I left the garage to see my car parked outside the workshop with no work taking place. If there was no hurry to get the work started why did I have to travel through the rush hour to get the car to the garage by 9.00am. Otherwise all went well and the car was ready for me at 4.00pm as i was told it would be.
