I booked my car in for the first time for an MOT and service in Jan 2026. On arrival I was met by Zara in the showroom, who was lovely, very polite and professional and she pointed me in the right direction. I then spoke with Martin, in the garage who did my MOT and service. He was very good, kind, courteous and very informative…he clearly knows his stuff!! I was given a complimentary valet also which was great as my car really needed it! And lastly, many Thanks to Shaun and who escorted me through to the customer waiting area and made me a lovely cup of tea! All in all wonderful service and friendliness! Well done to everyone at Peasmarsh. See you next time for sure! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Please note that the Guildford MOT facility is not working. It will not be working until May at the earliest. If a customer has a service plan, they can get their MOT done without additional cost at an Audi, VW or SEAT service centre. There is a VW centre in Walton (not too far away).The above is all information that I was able to obtain after 4 phone calls to the booking team (who knew none of the above), Skoda Guildford (who told me about the May timeline), the VW financial services team, and again the booking team for Lookers Walton on Thames.It shouldn’t have taken me to call four different people to find this out. And your booking team would do better than to just say “try Halfords or Kwikfit” or to be annoyed at being expected to know any of this. Hopefully you can share the above to save your next customer hassle.

Quick to take returnable reservation fee. We were shown the car and offered a test drive. The car interior was not in a suitable condition. Still awaiting my returned fee of £250 after two weeks. No response to emails or returned phone calls. The worst dealership I have experienced.

Good afternoon,I still haven’t heard from you about the accessory that makes the Enyaq floor space useable as a flat loading platform when the seats are folded. Have you been able to find one you can demonstrate to me? I didn’t realise that this was such rare item!Thank you.Kevin Burr

When I arrived to test car you had sold it 3 hrs before, salesman didn’t seem to care either. I would have thought a call prior to me arriving would have been the minimum requirement from you guys. I finally found another Skoda from another dealer. Hopefully your up your customer service in future.

I have been waiting for a month to have any form of communication back around my payment plan. I was advised a month ago that my payment would include service charge as I get 2 years for free and I haven't received a single piece of communication confirming this. This is an absolute joke that no one can email me a single piece of information or have the nerve to call me back.
