This repair was the subject of a Skoda call out back in October which none of the dealership was prepared to attend to until your acceptance on the 13th December, which was excellent attention to the issue on this occasion.

Noah Carlton was an excellent salesman. He went through all the possible options of cars that would meet my needs and let me self test drive each one of them. He showed me all the cars available and talked to me about purchase options. He was helpful and friendly. He suggested a Karoq which I hadn't thought of previously and it turned out to be just the right car for me. Unfortunately, the Guildford branch didn't have a suitable trim level and colour in stock for me at the time so I ended up buying it from another dealership but it was really Noah that won the sale. Thanks very much for all his help and advice. It was a much more pleasant way of choosing a car.
