I used the central booking service to book a test drive. When I arrived the next day for the test drive your staff didn’t know anything about the booking stating that was because I’d make the booking late the afternoon before (& they hadn’t checked for bookings that morning) Unfortunately they did not have a single example of model I’d booked to drive so it was a wasted journey for me.

Having had the timing belt changed, etc. at the previous service (50,000), this service was the basic oil change. Actually, I bought the Octavia from Lookers, Guildford in August 2017, but still have only 10,000 ion the clock! I've only recently sold my RAV/4 which I brought back from Cyprus and was my main 'work horse' out there.. Anyway, as last year, I had the Octavia collected from and returned to this address. Paul from Lookers, Guildford, did the ferrying and I found him helpful and very pleasant. He advised me to alter one or two of the many electronic devices available on the car in order to even further increase the MPG - although now I'm getting well over 45mpg on longer runs. Thanks.

Love your prices and would have purchased but my Skoda dealership price matched you so it made more sense in the end

A very good service excellent staff first class altogether

First visit in they didn't need to keep the car for the booked day because they needed to order the part in. So came back two weeks later and the part had not been ordered.This was frustrating, however they got it in and sorted it the next day without me having to collect the car and take it back in again.

very friendly service from both driver and mechanic. the whole process was very easy apart from booking as i couldnt do it online and had to make a phone call
