Easy and convenient to use.Noff & Jacob were very helpful and kept me informed of the various stages my vehicle was at.

Easy to use and problem free.The reception staff were excellent and the work was carried out satisfactorily as far as I can tell. The only small quibble that I have was that I had to get my car to Skoda Guildford by 9.00am which I did with a bit of time to spare despite having to drive from Camberley to Guildford in the morning rush hour. I had to wait for a while for my wife to turn up in her car to take me home but was then surprised as I left the garage to see my car parked outside the workshop with no work taking place. If there was no hurry to get the work started why did I have to travel through the rush hour to get the car to the garage by 9.00am. Otherwise all went well and the car was ready for me at 4.00pm as i was told it would be.

Everything was very efficient. The garage kept me well informed about the work needed on the car, and how long that would take.

It was useful having my service done at the same time and day with my MOT.

The work took significantly longer then planned and this was inconvenient but I was kept informed of progress.

Don't forget to wash the car when you offer to do so.

It has been very difficult getting a simple refund of my initial deposit. I'm not sure why this couldn't have been done at the dealership? Instead I'm having to wait for someone remotely to call at an undetermined time to arrange repayment of circa £140. 3 weeks in and this still has not happened. Very frustrating.

I dealt with Harry Woods at Peaslake Skoda; who was extremely professional, helpful and enthusiatic. He offered me a myriad of additonal services and talked me through them carefully and fervently wihout being pushy. I can't recommend him highly enough.
